Celebrating 8 years together tomorrow. 8 years since Josiah decided to stop casually stalking me and take me out on a date where he told me he was homeschooled and had a diagnosed “swallowing disorder” 😂it’s a good thing I thought he was Pretty dang cute😉8 years, 2 sweet boys & about a million moves! One of my favorite things about us is how creative we get when we need more money. We’ve done some of the most random things to pay bills like making and selling candles in our kitchen & learning to fix I phone screens. ❤️ you’re the 9 to my 3 & I love you like a fat kid loves cake, Boo. Here’s to the next 8 years of me always deciding what restaurant we go to.
Fact: I have atleast one liquid meal a day. Replacing one of my meals with a filling, nutrient dense smoothie allows me to easily get in a lot of great healing foods but it also helps out digestion which we all know is top notch important when it comes to having energy & feelin your best! Also, bc my son watches me have smoothies everyday he wants one too 👌 shout out to my friend, Joy who makes the best dang cashew butter for all my smoothies ❤️
When my boys come see me at work ❤️🤗
Scout has named these coconut butter cups his “special tweet”. & I may have let him eat 2 yesterday bc when your “special tweets” are full of quality, gut healing fat, anti inflammatory & give your skin a little love, why hold back? Ingredients: -1/2 jar coconut butter softened (put it in hot water) -1/4 cup coconut oil -1/4 cup raw 🍯 -1 serving collagen Melt coconut oil in sauce pan on medium heat, stir in coconut butter, honey & collagen. Dark chocolate swirl/layer -1/4 cup coconut oil -2 tbsp raw cacao or carob -1 tbsp raw honey -1 tbsp turmeric -dash of vanilla Combine in sauce pan on medium heat. grab coconut butter cups from freezer and using a spoon add the layer of turmeric chocolate on top & place back in freezer for another 30 minutes. Store in fridge 👌
I’ve named this cookie “the most basic cookie on earth”. Seriously, even the most untalented people in the kitchen can nail this recipe. -2 bananas mashed -1 Cup finely ground unsweetened coconut flakes -touch of honey Mash bananas, stir in coconut & honey. Make balls and flatten them with a fork on wax paper lined cookie sheet. Bake @ 350 for 10 minutes then turn on the broiler for 4 minutes.
AIP toddler smoothie -1/2 frozen banana -1 Cup coconut milk -coconut shreds -spinach -probiotics Day 1 of 30 of the auto immune protocol to help heal my baby’s gut after all the trauma it’s been through with his allergies.
