  1. Thank you a million times! Your videos about overcoming hypothalamic amenorrhea encouraged me to start gaining weight. That’s exactly what my doctor advised me to do 2 years ago, but I was scared and I kept restricting myself and feeling miserable. Today, more than 2 years after my last period, and many days of “crying into a jar of peanut butter” as you said earlier ๐Ÿ™‚ I finally got my period!

  2. Now I’m trying to loose some weight – not to return to my previous BMI of 18, but rather to make it 20 and keep it that way. I am trying to do this gradually, so I am eating only when I’m hungry and also walk/do yoga/light exercise at home every day. I really hope loosing weight doesn’t mess up my cycle again.
